WHAT CAN YOUR INSPECTION POLES BE USED FOR?

Our clients predominately work within the property, construction or pest control industries, using our inspection poles as a safe and efficient alternative to using a drone, ladder or constructing scaffolding. 

However, there are a whole host of attachments available that make our poles versatile for use across multiple sectors. Adaptable and able to hold a wide range of cameras, they can be used for marketing videos, surveillance and even 360 tours.

CAN I BUY YOUR PRODUCTS ELSEWHERE?

Our poles were developed specifically by us as we realised there was a huge gap in the market for a cost effective yet high quality inspection pole.
Although there are similar products on the market, we have completed a number of like for like tests and we are proud that our product performs so well. With considerably less flex in the pole sections itself, quality clamps preventing slipping and a durable rubber mount we are certain you won't be disappointed. 

WHAT ARE YOUR INSPECTION POLES MADE FROM?

Our inspection poles are made from toughened fibreglass making them a durable and lightweight tool for operators regularly on the move. They feature a rubber foot for stability and multiple nylon clamps for a varied height range 

Although many alternative poles on the market are made from carbon fibre we selected fibreglass as its a non-conductive material; far safer for those in the construction industry who may be exposed to live electricity.

WHAT ARE THE MEASUREMENTS OF YOUR INSPECTION POLE?

When fully collapsed, our 11m inspection pole is 165cm long with an overall weight of just 3.5kg making it easy to transport. With 8 collapsable sections, the design offers a smooth operation at varied heights and the adjustable clamps prevent the sections slipping during use.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

Payment can be made directly through our website using a credit or debit card. Alternatively, If you would prefer to collect in person then you can pay by cash or card on arrival, please get in touch to make arrangements.

WHAT ACCESSORIES ARE AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE?

All the accessories we distribute have been tried and tested with our pole systems and have demonstrated that they are of suitable quality during proper use. 

Accessories such as a phone/tablet mount and top mounts come as standard with our Inspection poles however we are expanding our attachments so be sure to visit our online shop.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you change your mind about one of our products, we are happy to refund purchases within 14 days of delivery however a 25% restocking fee will be charged. All products must be returned in the original condition with a refund being issued within 14 days of reciept. Postage will not be reimbursed.
If your product is faulty, please let us know and we will do our best to support you.

DO YOU OFFER A DEMONSTRATION SERVICE?

We are in the process of launching a series of demonstration videos showing our inspection poles in action that we hope showcase our product to our clients.

We are a family run business based in Kent and are happy to discuss arrangements if you would like to visit for an in person demonstration but we are unable to travel across the country offering this service.

ARE YOUR INSPECTION POLES AVAILABLE TO HIRE?

We have had lots of enquiries asking if we will be offering this service, however we don't feel that logistically it makes sense for either party.
To cover insured postage costs we have calculated that after 3 hire charges clients would have paid more than if they were to purchase their own pole.
